The hotel overall is amazing and its house keeping is fantastic. A special congrats to Wendi, Heri and Lilik wich came every day and made our room perfect for us. Adding on David who came in the mornings to make our room was terrific, he even let me feed the fish in our rooms pond. They worked quickly and where very fun. They addressed us by name wich made them feel like friends. The staff is just perfect.

Wonderful celebration for my wife’s birthday. So many surprises from friendly people at Banyan Tree. Can highly recommend the Thai restaurant, Saffron! Great birthday singing by Wendi, Heri, Lilik when they came to make the room. We stayed here 5 years ago and the service has remained at the highest standard. Thanks so much!

Pampered from start to end of the trip! Pristine waters and an awesome beach. Beautiful environment, with some of the friendliest staff! With one stay you even get to access two other properties. A fine show of Indonesian hospitality. My utmost thanks to Kasir and Mr T!

Beautiful resort and view, since we’re check in wee area greeted by a helpful and friendly staff, some of them is pak Heru, Mulyadi & Lilik is really helpful and friendly. Banyan Tree Bintan has the best breakfast buffet with many choices The Thai restaurant here is one of the best and very recommended to have a try. Definitely we will come back next time💫

My mum and I first spent 5 days in Singapore before we went to Bintan. We were picked up directly at the harbour and driven to the resort. The Banyan Tree Bintan is the perfect place to really switch off and be pampered. We were impressed by the super service and the high quality in all areas. From reception, housekeeping, pool service, restaurants to the spa. The reception is very helpful and always available. They drove us around with their buggies and were always on time. The room was always clean and decorated with love. The pool service gave us fresh towels and cold water as soon as we arrived. The restaurant staff are also competent and always served us with a smile. We also booked the Royal Banyan treatment and were very satisfied. This treatment really is a must and we felt more relaxed than ever afterwards. The spa staff know what they are doing and are highly competent. In general, we felt very comfortable at the Banyan Tree and can only recommend it to others. They work together as a team, everyone was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face. The joy was infectious, thank you. I was also impressed by the fact that no plastic is used in the hotel. They do a great job of implementing sustainability. Veronica and Eleonora
